- Water/oil/gas /electricity pricing - Water Matters will require details of the pricing at survey time to be able to provide the quotation
- The quotation and forecasted savings must be agreed and signed off by a Board Director/Owner before the Guarantee can be established
- Full access to all bills - During the Guarantee Period, Water Matters must be given full access to the relevant un-redacted utility bills and undertakes to keep that information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party
- The Guarantee applies only to the named property and owner of said property as at the date of inception of the Guarantee.
- Maintenance log not available. All maintenance schedules must be carried out on time and an accurate log kept. This log must be made available to Water Matters within a reasonable time period of their request.
- Equipment issues not notified to Water Matters. E.g. Equipment has been removed or is not in full working order - Any changes, upgrades, removals and additions to the equipment fitted must be notified to Water Matters within seven days.
- Water leaks not reported to Water Matters - All leaks must be documented and estimates of water loss obtained
- Patterns of usage - The organisation has changed substantially during the period, e.g. from Hotel to daytime conference centre only; a swimming pool has been added; the facility now has a golf course or spa that requires large amounts of water or there have been other changes to the property that impact the quantity of water used or heated.
